Program & Enrollment FAQs
We offer CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor) and CSAC-A (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor – Assistant) training programs approved under applicable state and regulatory guidelines.
Entry requirements vary by program. Please review the Admissions section or contact our office for detailed eligibility criteria specific to CSAC or CSAC-A.
Enrollment review typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the completeness of submitted documentation.
Orientation & Coursework FAQs
Yes. Completion of orientation is mandatory before students can access coursework and learning materials.
After completing orientation, students will receive access to the Moodle learning platform where coursework is hosted.
No. Moodle access is granted only after orientation completion.
Forms & Support FAQs
Most inquiries are answered within 24–48 business hours.
All submissions are securely routed to Millennium Training administrative staff and processed by the appropriate department.
