Flexible, Fully Virtual Learning
All Millennium Training programs are delivered 100% Live Virtual Instruction, Pre-recorded Video, Lab Simulation, Competency Evaluation, Individual Support allowing students to learn from the comfort of home while balancing work, family, and life responsibilities.

OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
Training Paths Built for Certification
Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) – 240 Hour Program
Comprehensive training covering all required content areas for substance abuse counselor certification.

Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC-A) – 120 Hour Program
An entry-level certification pathway designed for individuals beginning their counseling career.
- 120 hours
- 13 required domains
- Live virtual instruction
Millennium Training provides the educational components leading to a Certificate of Completion aligned with Virginia’s didactic training requirements for CSAC (240 hours) and CSAC-A (120 hours).
Completion of our program helps prepare students to apply for certification and sit for the required examination through the Virginia Board of Counseling (Virginia Department of Health Professions). Millennium Training does not issue state certification; certification approval and credential issuance are completed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Credentialing decisions are made by the Virginia Board of Counseling.
